Immigration PPC
Immigration PPC Built for Multilingual, High-Trust Searches
Immigration prospects are making decisions that affect their families and futures, often in a second language and often after encountering unreliable information. Campaigns should be clear, multilingual where the firm can serve it, and explicit about attorney credentials.

The searcher
Understanding the immigration searcher

Immigration searches come from individuals, families, and employers, frequently in languages other than English. Many prospects search in their primary language even if they speak English well.
A large share of immigration search volume is procedural — form numbers, filing fees, processing times, and case status checks. Those searches are better served by government resources than by paid legal advertising.
Trust is central. Prospects may have encountered non-attorney “consultants” or misleading services. Clear identification of licensed attorneys helps prospects make informed decisions.
Reading search intent
The same practice area. Very different searches.
Every query is a decision: pursue it, give it its own message, watch it closely, or exclude it. These examples show how we think about immigration searches. Real decisions depend on the firm’s accepted matters, markets, and search-term data.

Campaign strategy
How we approach immigration campaigns
Language is a campaign, not a translation
Multilingual campaigns need native-quality ad copy, landing pages in the same language, and intake staff who can respond in that language. Language settings and keyword sets should be built deliberately.
Segment by matter category
Family-based, employment-based, humanitarian, removal defense, and naturalization matters differ substantially in urgency and qualification.
Trust-forward messaging
Ads and landing pages should make clear that services are provided by licensed attorneys and avoid language that could be confused with non-attorney services.
Filter procedural searches
Form numbers, fees, and case status queries generate significant volume with little representation intent.
Qualification & conversion
A lead is only useful if it fits the firm.
Common qualification signals
Starting points only — the firm defines what a qualified inquiry means for its practice.
- Matter type the firm handles
- Language the firm can serve
- Consultation format the firm supports (in person or remote)
- Seeking representation
Conversion path essentials
What the landing page and contact path need to do once the click is paid for.
- Landing pages in the same language as the ad
- Clear attorney identification and credentials
- Consultation details, including format and language
- Forms that avoid requesting immigration status details online
